Ghetto Double Straps

Hey this shit worked out great.

An idiot customer

So this guy swore up and down that all he did was take off his rear wheel to replace the tube. I just want to know why the derailleur hanger was on the outside of the dropout when it is suppose to be on the inside. I also would have like to have known why it was held on there with a machine screw if all he did was replace his tube.

Dead Dura-Ace arm

This guy comes into the bike shop about every 2 months to replace his Dura-Ace crank arm. This is his 5th none drive side arm.
